Biggest development area at the moment is round and about Ipswich/Springfield Lakes/Brookwater. There is plenty of residential and commercial construction going on but it is quite a bit of traveling from where you are.

Have you contacted Ausbuild ? They seem to be constantly building houses in our area, Redlands.

There is also the new commercial estate being built in Redland Bay, not sure who is doing that, but a drive around there may help.

Your white card may confuse some of us... It was blue card till recently

You do know that you are also allowed to do self employed work, without the full builders licence, but only up to a job value of $3,300

PS: Welcome to the area
