Arranging a Rental while on reccie ?

Arranging a Rental while on reccie ?
We are going out to Brisbane the last 2 weeks in April then if all OK move out in June (about 6 weeks later).
If we looked at rentals while we were out there does anyone know if it's possible to arrange a rental that would start when we go out in June.
We have a bank account set up in OZ now and would have the funds in it to pay 6 months rental up front if required.
We are also planning to look at cars and if we buy new placing an order ready to collect it in June.
We are still not sure if its worth having the April trip now as we plan to go in June (House Sold much quicker than expected, originally we did not expect to be able to go until later in the year) but if we could arrange things like the rental house & car during the trip it would make it more worthwhile.
