I have, um, about 8? pairs of Birks and Mephistos, which are very similar. I know somebody with 30
(I bought all mine in Singapore but I couldn't tell you how the prices compare, as I have the memory of a menopausal goldfish.)

Wearing a 'label' and shouting about it makes you (general) a tool. People who consider themselves somehow better than others because they only wear so called designer or 'label' clothes are tools. Is that clear enough for you?
