Any new area's NSW AND QLD BORDER that anyone could recommend??

As far as I know, the area on either side of the NSW/QLD border has always been there. Can you word it slightly differently, I can probably give you info but need a bit more to go on

Rainbow Bay is a fave of mine, just can't afford to live there!! Currumbin is a close second though
