AQF Diploma??

Hello Forum! I have for some time been weighing up the pro’s and con’s of emigrating to Australia, having visited a couple of times, and have decided to start the ball rolling on the long path to emigration. :scared:

Loads of research later and try as I might I can’t seem to find the elusive answer to something I need to know, so I’m hoping one of you knowledgeable persons might know this or at least can point me in the right direction!

I work in IT and, according to the ACS (whom I e-mailed weeks ago but still await their reply); I have the necessary experience but have to have a qualification that is equivalent to an AQF Diploma. So there it is, does anyone know what the English equivalent of an AQF Diploma is, or where I might find out?

Thanks in advance :)

John

Typically it's at least a HND. Apparently in some circumstances a HNC or NVQ3 may also work.

If you have an MCSE, MCSD, CNE, or CLP industry certification, ACS will accept this as equivalent to an Australian diploma.

Brilliant, thanks for the prompt response and clarifying that for me. I have an MCSE certification but was unsure if it was acceptable.
