Applying for renatal properties through tApp

I have applied for leasing a property through tApp https://t-app.com.au . And I had to sign the TRA Disclosure Form https://tradingreference.com/forms/tendec.pdf for the application. What if I apply for another property and I get approved for both? Am I obliged to lease both properties or can reject the one I don't like?

There is a section on page 2 of the PDF saying:
Should this application be accepted by the Landlord I agree to enter into a Residential Tenancy Agreement pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.

Thanks!

If you get both then you choose the one you want. You can't be forced to sign a tenancy agreement on more than one property.
