Default Applying for PR while doing masters in Aus

hi,
i have 3 years exp in IT.Now i wanted to do Masters in Australia.Can i apply for PR while iam studying my masters so that by the end of my studies i will get my PR..How long will it take for getting the PR if i apply in the Australia

If you're thinking of applying for onshore PR as a graduating student,
the answer is no, you must wait until you finish your course. And
pass it of course.

You also need to get a skill assessment, and you still need to mee the
basic requirements (other than work experience if you're a recent
Australian graduate) and pass the points test, unless you're sponsored
by a relative in a designated area.
