Hi,

Can anyone help. I'm applying fro a fiance visa and have everything together ready to submit. I'm just a bit confused with regards to the fee.

How much is it? Do I send it with the initial application?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you are going on a fiance visa - assuming you are going from the UK - use that link, and you then need to pay the first installment of the SPOUSE visa (the 2nd installment is after marriage when you go for the temp residence visa, and as you have to be in Oz for that its not listed on the London charging sheet!)

And yes, send it with the application.

I'm assuming that you're applying to Australia. I'm also assuming you're outside Australia (there are no onshore Fiance/e visa applications).

Take a look at

Search for Prospective Marriage - A$1,210.

You'll have to pay this with your application, otherwise it won't be deemed a valid application and will be returned without processing.
