Anyone used Kent or John Mason removals?

Anyone used Kent or John Mason removals?
I've had Kent Removals round to do a quote to move me back to the UK (using John Mason in the UK). Just wondered if anyone has used either of these companies for a move?
I had such an horrendous experience with TeamRelocations/Britannia when I emigrated I want to make sure the same problems don't happen again!

We used John Masons to move here, no problems they were very proffesional.

We used John Masons/Kent, can't fault them at all.
