Question Anyone used Indigo Homes?

Hi All,

After the excitement of buying a block, we are now having huge dilemmas over which house type and what builder.
Indigo Homes are our favourites at present, just wondered if anyone has used them and if so I would be grateful for feedback good or bad.
They appear to be a smaller builder, not sure if that's a good or bad thing!!!

All comments appreciated.
Thanks Guys

We did.

They were very good. If we noticed anything wrong we told them and they corrected it. Design flexibility was great - we moved lots of walls, redesigned the kitchen, added a bathroom, added windows, insulation etc.

They finished ahead of schedule.

Been in for 9 months now. People just can't believe it's a project home. We are amazed at what we have for the money.

Thanks for that info, Do you mind me asking what design you built. We are looking at the Santa Cruz but they don't have anything we can look at as they have only built one.
They have been very accomodating so far, adding extra rooms, moving walls and window just like you said, Just feeling a bit wary of buying off a plan, it would be good to get a feel for a house by having a look at it. Did you get to see yours before hand?
Thanks again.

Ours is a Sierra. We saw a couple from the outside ahead of signing but ours was quite different. Have you looked at as many other Indigo builds as possible? You get a feeling for their style and finish at least.
