Question Anyone taken a gas cooker?

Has anyone taken a gas cooker - and does it work OK?

Have mentioned this on another post but thought that it might warrant a new post.

Someone must have taken one!!!

cheers

no need, most houses (well, WA) seem to have them... And as we are renting they will certainly have them.
But even if you're buying a house.

But I've got a feeling you have a really nice one and want to keep it!!?
Hope someone answers!

Is 'Leisure' the brand name?
Do you know the type number?

Ah, just read your other thread.

I'm quite sure gas comes in bottles in Oz to, but don't know if that actually makes a difference.
Don't know what this dual fuel thing is about...

We're not taking our wardrobe btw, but it's a crappy one.... Most houses have BIR, but not all, so.... ??
Great help, aren't I!!

good luck

Hi Simone

Leisure is the brand name & Dual fuel means that it has a gas top and electric oven.

I have emailed Leisure to see if they can shed light on it - maybe they will have some pearls of wisdom. I know that they have piped gas in a lot of areas (new estates) but probably bottled in more rural or older properties.

cheers
