Anyone stayed at Eaglereach - Hunter,NSW

I have booked a couple of nights away for hubby and I in a spa cabin - I am happy with what the resort is offering but am still interested when we go up this way if anyone has any suggestions about what there is to do in this area.

It is 60km from Pokolbin so we will do the lower hunter wineries on the day we ride up. We will then have all Saturday, will possibly go on a horse trek and laze but if anyone knows of anything I should not miss please let me know.
