Anyone Sent Money Over Recently

We need to send our bond over by the 26th of Feb, has anyone done this recently, is so who and how much.

I'm actually about to do a transfer and close a final account in the UK. The rate I have is $2.465 with ozforex.com (probably one of the most wildly used forex companies on this board).
Would highly recommend them.

We've transferred all of our house equity using HiFX - we got $2.4954
You can pre order therate you want it to go and there's no commission

No harm in checking with your bank - depending on who you are with of course - some being better than others!
We moved the last of our money over last week using First Direct and we have used them each time before. We have always had as good a rate as the big forex players and on one occasion a much better rate.
No harm in checking - but don't bother with your local branch. Ring their main forex department.
