i dont think we are the norm, in fact with out digging everything out will get dates mixed up. applied for tra , got refused on not enough proof of apprenticeship, on advise of agent re-applied with more wordings on apprenticeship letter, got passed , sent in visa application feb 05, sent meds,& police recs, in july 05 unrequested. Got e-mail from agent in aug 05, telling us we had a case officer and she requested all meds etc. She also required a police rec for my 17yr old as she would turn 18 before final decision made. She required medical for my 10yr old as she also would turn 11 before decision;I sent them in. In oct 05 she requested proof of daughter; now 18, as a dependent, sent in letter of her college , was not good enough. Had to get another one with more details again and bank statements, and recepits, sent them in nov 05 , agent e-mailed to say she had gone on her hols and would be back on 06 jan.Received e-mail in jan saying she will be assessing the case in two weeks , and here we still are waiting.

received 139 visa on the 18.01.06, submitted application on 17.05.05,meds/pcc requests 20.09.05,two week delay on AOS[had problems],emailed co on 17.01.06 saying that i was concerned about the time lapse,co[region 1] emailed two hours later with visa grant.

we are applying for a 137, we have the case officers e-mail address, i am giving it a week then e-mailing her.

It takes roughly 3 - 4 weeks from them receiving your meds.....
So anyday now hun
