Would someone be willing to see if there is a trade-market / wholesalers and what the cost of beef/chicken/root-vegetables/basic-fruits per kg is?

What's the minimum purchase weight?

I'd like to set up a food business but I need some approximate costs to get my business plan together, and obviously I'm not there yet...

If you type in 'Perth Market' into google, the first link that comes up is this:

http://www.perthmarket.com.au/

It has info on all the current wholesale fruit and veg prices - and you don't even need to be in Perth to do it .
