We are going to go on Sunday 22nd....

Hi,
thanks for letting us know where it is we were told by out agent that she going to be there if we wanted to meet her, but she was unsure as to where it would be held.
We will be going but not sure what day yet, we already have visa's and fly to Brisbane on 27th July but was hoping we might find out more info on what we should be doing beforehand and when we get there.

Do you need to book tickets or can you just pay on the door? We're going on Sunday, We've never been to one before. Its a good 3hr drive both ways so I hope its worth it!
