Anyone need a 4x2 rental in Ocean Reef from mid-Jan? ($300/week)
Hi all,
We've bought a place and are moving in in mid-January.
We therefore need to find another tenant for our current rental for (at least) the five months to early June.
It has four beds, two baths, has good sized living areas and garden, is on a quiet side street, and has the beach / coastal path / Beaumaris shops and Beaumaris Primary School all within walking distance.
Your contract would be the conventional rental deal with Roy Weston.
Rent would be $300 per week, at least until June.
I suspect they they would be looking for the normal six or twelve month tenancy.
Our property manager has generally been very good when we've had any queries.
