Our friends in Perth tell us property market is slow just now, and people are offering $50k below asking price at times, so you could get yourself something pretty good for less than $400k (£165k approx) |

Satterleys have just released their 'prestigious' Spyglass Hill development of 5 lots, ranging in size from 835sqm to 970sqm and they ranged from $740k to $795 - just for the land :ohmy: I'll let you have the sales agent's number if anyone is interested :thumbsup: Jules x |
