Hi Guys

Caloundra is awesome, we lived there for over 6mths in a rental unit. Bulcock Beach is excellent, we had sea views. The town is nice too. Great to watch the kite-surfers on the beach and the landings of the sky-divers.

Anywhere on the Sunshine Coast is tip-top! Highly recommended. We have been here 2 years, love it!

Hi,
The million dollar question, any primary schools can you reccommend (state).
We are staying in Brisbane for the first few days and hope to find a rental in Caloundra . WE are going to look at all the unshine coast though.
Any tips would be gratefully received.
Panicing a bit now. Packers arrive Tues.

Hoping to be there end of June or July, will be watching this thread.......see how it transpires.
Have all the usual q's .........school, shops, PUBS, hot property spots (or more importantly NOT hot!!!), curry houses, chinese take aways, the list is endless.
Good luck to one and all

Of course you can.....although finding something worth drinking is another matter

After you have tried the pubs you will realise why home entertaining is so popular

Hi if you need any advice just let me know I work in Real Estate and have offices covering Caloundra, Mountain Creek (Excellent School!) and Mooloolaba - the biggest problem is really going to be getting a rental...we had a nightmare when we first arrived just make sure you have as many documents and forms as possible!! Property managers DO love their forms - dont hesitate to PM me if you have any questions! Good luck!
