Me and OH would love one, unfortunately still in UK. Could you please post some info on BE about Beerwah as we fell in love with the name, possibly had something to do with the Beer part. Have tried to look up info on this area but only seems to have touristy bits on site's. Never know could end up as your new neighbours.

Its very close to steve irwins zoo and it has a golf course
