MORTGAGES DOWN UNDER?

I met them at York and they sound very credible -

buying "house before going to Australia or New Zealand using your credit history/ background here etc, put tenants in via the estate agent you bought the home off, let the tenants pay your mortgage with their rent. Then (you) plan to take over the house/ mortgage payments when you arrive"

All sounds very enticing - although no mention of costs ..........so far.....

I have sent a follow up email to check it out - just wondered if anyone had done similar??
