for anyone heading to perth dont read this if you like a bargain..
ive been telling you and your all heading north or south..the eastern corridor gets you the best value for money in perth,,now its official..
so if you dont want half an acre with a four by two...20 minutes from the city 35 to the beach ,go north/south..
