Re: Anyone heading for melbourne
Watch the Britvics site for news of Meet ups. I think theres one in the city in a couple of weeks & I believe theres going to be one around Berwick area mid January.
Careful up in Bendigo, theres some strange people living around that area. ;) |

We are doing our reccie to Melbourne in January and moving out for good in March / April probably to Sunbury. But also tempted to look at Mornington or Mount Pleasant.

I'm looking forward to Australia day on the beach in Mornington in January. |
Re: Anyone heading for melbourne
You maybe right. I know Sunbury very well and people tend to stick with what they know but if the land / house prices are similar to Sunbury I could be tempted by Mornington. Only other thing to consider for me is time to get in the city (not on a regular basis just for the cricket !!).

Re: Anyone heading for melbourne
It will take you about an hour by train or a bit less by car.
Takes me about 50 mins by train to the MCG & an hour to Telstra Dome, its no big hassle. |
Re: Anyone heading for melbourne
And what are the house prices like ?
