Anyone got their tax refund yet through bank account?
Like the title says has anyone got their $900 tax refund? We could do with it asap to pay the dentist.

The first cheques will be arriving in the mail on Wednesday 8th April 2009.
Payments will be made in a random order based on postcodes in order to assist the postal and banking systems.

For those who have their accounts registered at the ATO, yes.
I know they have to stagger the Postal ones, which includes a letter to every recipient, whether it includes a cheque or notification of bank transfer, but the bank transfers should be able to be done quickly, after all, Centrelink got all theirs out in 2 weeks.

I thought that if they had your bank details it would go straight in - what a waste of money sending by post if they've already got them!! 
not had ours yet, could do with it soon, dog at vet with a possible broken toe, having x-rays and then probably a cast - dread to think how many $$$$$$$s

We notified them of our bank details and I thought I read it was coming this week. Wish I didn't have to keep looking at the bank balance. Baby is due in a few weeks. Would love for hubby to have a bit of time off next week to help me with school hols before my mum arrives as I am starting to struggle but he's self employed so without that $900 our cash flow is poop. Come on, come on, come on, come on.

According to what I heard today, they have a time scale of getting the money out to everyone of six weeks so I hope your dentist is a patient man/woman.

As I am on a 457 Visa I didn't think I was eligible but have since found out I am, so whenever I get it is fine by me, haven't spent it already unlike some people!!!!

Hope I get mine today to stick in the Pokkies over the weekend, or should I just buy cr*p from China with it?
