Anyone in Frenchs Forest?
Hi All,
After living in the glorious Inner West Sydney for almost 4 years, my husband has dragged me to the 'burbs. We have been in Frenchs Forest for a month now. I have two little boys (1yr and 2,8yrs) and would love to meet anyone else in the area with small kids. Or would appreciate any ideas of things to do with them. I have sadly left my brilliant mothers group behind and feel a bit lost out here.
Also, I am a decent hairdresser with 18yrs of experience (London for 11yrs). I work from home and would love to expand my existing client base. Give me a shout if you need your hair cut, high lighted, coloured, etc. I do ladies, blokes and wriggly kids.
Thanks

Hi rozellem
We're in Waverton / North Sydney (Just landed about 6 weeks ago!) and once we have a car I would definitely be interested in a hair cut!

I'm in St Ives, so we are practically neighbours! Sadly I am older and my daughter is 16, so can't really help with the mums and bubs scene. Have you tried the library- they often have information about local groups. It is also a short hop to the beach and with summer coming, it will be a great time to take kiddies out to Manly/any of the Northern Beaches. If you are a church goer, then your local church will also have groups or people who can put you in touch. Try the RSL clubs too for more adult entertainment.

Hey Crankin83 we're moving to Waverton next week - been in Sydney a couple of months and been finding our feet! Can you advise on things that may go on in the area - would be good to meet some local people?
