Hi All
Me and the other half moved to Brisbane 9 months ago. We are settling in really well but struggling to find friends. We are in our late 20's early 30's, enjoy cycling and are doing the 50km Brissie to the bay bike ride this weekend. It would be great to meet people for coffee/English Tea.

Hi not sure if it's your kind of thing but there's an expats meet up in wellington point this saturday at 11am. There are lots of people with families and couples as well. People bring food for a bbq or whatever they fancy. Let me know if you'd like anymore details. I live in the redlands but am always up for a tea unfortunately am not child free many days though

Hi Liz yes they are monthly meet ups there is a facebook page called the brisbannittes set up by a lovely british couple to organise these regular get togethers if you join up to it there will be event invitations for the next ones coming up

Im in Chapel Hill. There is a good shopping centre at Indooroopilly. Do you know that area? It's a little further North from Mt Gravatt. I know Mt Gravatt (shopping centre) if you want to meet there. There are lots of nice places at South bank aswell.
