Didn't DIMIA demand that they do the medicals anyway, especially for your 17 year old? Just curious.
Don't count on being able to sponsor them as dependent children later on.

Hi to you all
We have just submitted our visa app, I have a 16 year old son (17 next week) a 14 year old son and 3 yr old daughter.
My eldest boy is currently an apprentice in Wall and Floor Tiling, we are planning to go to Perth maybe June 2005, visa depending. He should have completed his NVQ 2 in this trade by then.
He is keen to go, but says he will give it 2 years to get his citizenship and if he doesn't like it he will go back to the UK. The next 12 months will be hard because at his age you really don't know which way they will swing, meeting girls etc :scared:
