Hiya hun

We are out of here on the 3rd of May, we're renting this place through Ray White...I'll go and see if I can find a direct link....Ashmore is approx 20 - 30 mins from here.

Easy access to the M1, has 4 good schools and pre schools, close to Palm Beach and Currumbin Beach 3 mins in the car 15/20 mins walk.

The Pines Shopping centre is our local shops..from here 2 mins and 15 mins down the M1 is Robina which has a bigger selection of shops....30 mins to Surfers.

The house is $440 pw-has 4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms a good size garden, double garage, sitting room, rumpus room and dinning room....and to top it all it has the sea at the bottom of the garden gr8 for fishing. The neighbours are all really nice and the road is a dead end so there is hardly any traffic....we've been very happy here
