Hey Santa,
did you buy land seperate or was it housebuilding company with plot included?
How easy is it to do housebuilding in rural area?
We are off to WA and like the idea of building house and will be rural.

Wea re building and our contract days for building are 350 days we are on about week 49.But 18 working days ago we did our pre-inspection list of things that need seeing to we were told around 10 days to fix them up then we will get the keys but still not one of those jobs has been done.
When I rang up to ask why they were taking so long they said it was still in the 350 days and it was only a rough estimate 10 days.
I want to know has it to be fixed up in that time or are they right.
