Anyone in the Bowral area?
We are starting to look in the Southern Highlands area for a house, but the thing that concerns us is the winter!
Having left the UK to get away from the cold wet winters - for the sake of Mrs Rog's athritis - we don't want to go from the frying pa.... well, you get it!
I have all the weather & climate statistics from the AWB but they don't really tell the story. When it is cold in Bowral, is it a DAMP cold usually, or more often the crisp clear type?
Any general comments about the climate there would be gratefully received.
As an aside - does the TV transmit in HD to the same extent as say Sydney?

It is definitely cool during the winter, but I don't think they get much more rain than in Sydney. Whenever I've been in the winter, the weather has been lovely - cool, crisp and dry.
