Anyone in Augustine Heights/Springfield Lakes
Hi everyone,
We are originally from the UK, I'm from Worcestershire and my husband is from Surrey. We left the UK in August 2008 and emigrated to New Zealand and due to my husband's new job here in Brisbane, we moved here just 6 weeks ago and it's like starting all over again.
Whilst my husband is at work all day, I'm not working and looking to make new friends. If anyone is free for a coffee during the day around Augustine Heights, Springfield Lakes, Brookwater or around those areas, it would be great to have a get together and meet new friends or we are more than happy to meet up on weekends too if preferred.

Hi! Afraid we are living in the southern suburbs of Brissy but have recently been out looking at the display village at Springfield lakes. It looks like a lovely area but am just reluctant to move 2.5 yr old from
The 2nd daycare she's started at since moving over in February this year. I'm working full time otherwise would say happy to meet up (must need another maternity leave to get a social life again!) anyway would be interested to know your thoughts on living out in that area (and if hubby commutes to CBD)
