Been told that I have enough points to apply has a plumber/gas fitter. Is there anyone out there who have been through the TRA asssessment ? If so could you explain the process to me. Also would like to hear from anyone who as either been through or going through same process or who as any advise in general.

Hi Chris,

My husband is a plumber and we have been through the TRA assessment. How far have you got?
You have to get statements from all your past employers, detailing your duties, tools used and how applied and employment dates. You need to get copies of any certificates you have, i.e. City & Guilds. Also, if you did an apprenticeship you need to get a copy of the syllabus you would have followed at college - we got a copy of this from City & Guilds. Do a detailed CV.

If you need anymore help, email me on [email protected]

Regards

Debbie
