Any poms in Eumundi

Just an idea for the future really. We are in Caloundra at the mo, made lots of rather lovely friends and enjoy it here but have seen that you can get a great house in Eumundi for the price of a shack here!
Are any of you lot living in or around Eumundi....i wonder if it would be difficult to become part of the community there?
