Any online UK Shop ship Electricals to Oz?

I'm looking at buying a small vacuum cleaner (iRobot Scooba), on Amazon its £350 whereas here its $899.

But Amazon don't ship here and I can't think of anyone who will ship so I was hoping someone here will know of a shop that does?

You could order from Amazon US and then use either PriceUSA or ComGateway to forward your order here.

Electricals from the US could be an issue - different voltage.

UK is fine for electricals. All our stuff is from the UK and plugged into the Australian power points.

Yes, you would have to check, but most electricals are rated 120-240v these days.

http://www.donesold.com.au/irobot/scooba/ Don't know which one you're going for but these are all less than 899.

Yes and no. Many appliances have voltage sensing but there are many that don't. I'm looking at getting an Onkyo AV receiver from the USA, but it's only available in 120V from there - 120-240V for the rest of the world. This issue can be resolved though by buying a $40 step-down transformer from EBay and connecting it via that.

I think the donesold ones are US models with the power converted as they aren't official distributors and I'd prefer a manufacturers original 240V one (hence also the comment about UK shops rather than US shops).

My OH bought an iRobot vacuum thing recently. He ordered it from the US and got a mate to send it over.
When it got here he sent the power pack off to www.aurobo.com.au and they converted it to Australian voltage and changed it to an Aussie plug. It saves having a big transformer plugged into the wall.
V impressed with our iRobot :)

Unfortunately Scooba is the only one that washes as well as hoovers.

Got Hardly Normal down to $699 today so decided to order one, now just got to wait for next week for it to arrive
