We are currently in the process of trying the Pathway B route for Welfare Worker. A nightmare is all I can say. We have submitted a skills assessment with Vetassess and are desperately hoping that it is successful so we don't have to complete the AIWCW one. The agent we are using has not been able to provide much guidance as they have not done the Pathway B route before! There must be someone out there who has had success. The biggest problem we are finding is collecting the huge amount of evidence required and cross referencing it all. This is particularly difficult when it relates to work now finished.
