Any info about Epping, Mill Park & Mitcham in Victoria
 

Hi all,

Anybody out here, who knows about the areas of Epping, Mill Park and Mitcham in Victoria, to rent out initially. Are these areas good for families with kids? As soon as we arrive, we will have to depend on public transport, so wonder how convenient these places are for the train and bus. How long does it take to get to the CBD from these places during peak time?

Any other good suburbs in Victoria that can be recommended would be much appreciated.
