Any Hull peeps migrated or in the process
 

Hi all

We will be moving over next October and was wondering if there are any ex-hull familys already over in Oz, or any in the process of migrating.


Would be good to hear from any of you. I've heard from a few from an earlier thread, but wondering if there are more:D

We are moving to the Brisbane area, but no set suburb yet.

Would be good to meet up with a few ex-hullys once we are there.

And for any that will be spending the sunny weather in Oz this xmas, There will be nur, snur of Frurme Rurd in hull this XMAS:p

I don't know if I count, but I lived in Hull, for two years on Springbank, and again in Hedon for seven years.

It's the only place I've ever been homesick for.

I was there in March this year and will be back there, in Hessle, in January.

No, but it was bloody wet when the floods came! Excellent Hull sense of humour though, a surfboard!!!

Hi

We (me, OH & kids) are in Hull and we are looking at moving over in October as well, not sure yet were we want to go

we have just got a positive result back from Vetassess but we have to wait to do the February Vetassess practical before we apply for the visa

how far into the process are you?

We are also from Hull, just off holderness road. Will be going as soon as the house has sold.

We are in the fortunate position where i am a dual citizen as i was born in Oz. I have just got my two girls citizenship by descent so we will be applying for a spouses visa for my wife in the new year.

Cant wait. We would go as soon as possible but i want to spent up til October contracting to get some money behind us. where are you from in Hull LazyLou?

we are Hull peeps, we came over here in August still miss Hull a little but think it's mainly family & friends that we miss!! :)

Hi were from Holderness which is near enough Hull, been in Brisbane for 18 months.

We come from Hull :D only arrived this month living in Cleveland at the mo not far from Brisbane but moving to Thornlands in the new year,
