any advice please!
hi everyone,
we are using an agent for our application and are waiting for our meds request. will the request come via our agent or to us personally?
it`s been 9 wks since our application arrived in Aus, starting to get itchy feet now.

all info and any requests go to the agent first. even the acceptance letter.
this was how it was done through our agent anyway.
