*gulp* me !
I have got much better over the last few months (as in I don't run off when I see a money spider) but still the thought of some of the beasties awaiting me in Queensland is terrifying! :scared:

Ace Jan!!!

I think my phobias have been pretty much documented on here....Kay is doing exceptionally well with her spider phobia. Me, well there was a truly humungous (UK humungous that is ) spider in the utility room sink yesterday, damn near died of shock on the spot! Didn't run a mile like I usually do but it really did make me feel sick. There was absolutely no way I could catch that one....MrDD dealt with it in the end. I can cope with the smaller house spiders though, so from little acorns grow as they say

Spiders although i am strangley getting better dont know why there was a huge garden spider the other day and i actually bloody touched its leg dont ask why i have no idea! the thing fell off the wall and i legged it in doors and quickly shut the door!
My next step is if one gets in the house to actually be able to kill it! :scared:
Although i wouldnt be able to kill a huntsman far to big would (i imagine) make too much of a crunching noise which would make me sick

One fear i know i wont get over is Moths :scared: :scared:
Hate em!

I work nights & moths don't usually bother me but in the hot summer nights some of those moths are the size of bats.
This is Melbourne to so God knows what size they get to in QLD. :scared:

And then there's this fine beast in Queensland...

huge great ****-off Aussie moth.

Personally the only Aussie beasties that really bother me are the flies. There's about 100 zillion too many of the buggers...
