Default Another Renting in Melbourne Question

Hi all,

Could someone advise if it is alright to submit multiple applications for renting house in Melbourne? So, will take the first one approved, and reject the rest.

Reason: limited time, as I have to start working next week.

Currently, I still live at my friend's house, just two weeks arrived in Oz and need to find a place fast.

I have submitted one last week, but have to wait due to long Christmas holidays.

Thanks.

You can put in as many applications for properties with as many agencies as you like .There is no charge to apply .
If you are wanting to rent through a Wilson Pride property, give me a call if you are having problems.I have a contact that can get you in.Real estate agents should be open from today .
Melhelp can assist with a property viewing day if you are in a pickle .
