Unhappy another question about MODL changes

I am in proccess with ACS and i should get my MODL nomination on C++ in october. my question is, does the changes affect people who were assessed and given MODL nomination? will i be stuck with 110 points instead of 115 even if i get it from ACS???

Hi Guy,

As I told you before, (iol forum) it's a problem; DIMIA didn't replay back what is the date that the new MODL is going to start.

I believe some where around next month and I mean Nov, I'm in the same place like you, it cut off 5 points from my all-ready 115 points.

My opinion is, wait for the ACS and verify that you got the 5 points, wait and see when DIMIA will activate the new MODL list.

In some places I saw that there is a possibility that DIMIA will lower the point overall to 110 because after ACS is harder to get and the MODL list become shorter it is very hard to get PR based on IT, I want to believe that it is true.

If you want to contact me send e-mail to [email protected].

Bye
Tomer
