Graham and Sandra the British Expats who think everything about Australia is wonderful. If a Fruit Bat sh*ts on the washing they think it's great.

Then there's Colin and Sue the British Expats who compare everything to England who think it was better, cheaper, cleaner, cleverer, bigger, wider, ect in England than it is here.

Paul.

Graham and sandra constantly walk around with their eyes upwards, looking for koalas which they swear they have in their garden. They photograph the guy dressed as a chicken standing outside dominos with a $5.95 pizza sign and send it to the rellies in the UK to show them just what they are missing. They are the only ones outside at dusk and innocently think avon will stop deadly mosquitos, can even be seen outside around mid day and are the only people in australia with a tan

What about Manu and Teafu the Samoan Bouncers. Their favoutire hobby is seeing who can throw schoolies the furthest. They don't talk, but instead communicate through a system of grunts. No one is sure if they are working legality in Australia as DIMA are too scared to ask.

Sorry, I’m on a roll here. All of the following I’ve met in various forms:

Stardust, Rainbow and Waterfall (real names Terry, Barbara and Mick) the aging hippies who sit smoking dope and flogging beads to backpackers in Byron. They’re the real people, man. Groovy.

Johno, the aging surf lifesaver who teaches the kids life saving. He joined when he was 7 but is now 57 and still appears to be wearing the same speedo’s. Outwardly, he’s the cheeriest man on the planet, but when he see’s the younger, fitter blokes crewing the boats, inside he seethes and starts to scare the kids.

Not groovy. This is when Waterfall's true side that spent 18 months at Her Majesty's Pleasure 30 years ago comes out.
