Phew, got extended to the end of Oct.

However, given its only another month, there is a possibility/probability that Amazon will zero the deal for the Christmas rush. If you want to get particular presents via this route, might be best to plan early.

Have you seen www.booko.com.au ?
They do a price comparison for books including the postage from overseas to Australia. It's a pretty good site.

Yes, but they don't always get the prices right. For instance, they don't subtract VAT from DVD and Blu Ray prices from Amazon UK.
