Default allergy diet food shops brisbane?

My son has an allergy (Eczema) to wheat and eggs as well as dairy which is very dificult to get foods for, although Sainsburys do god stuff here we need to know if any of the major supermarkets do allergy foods like bread (we use GIenergy bready here at £2 for a tiny loaf!! pasta etc or will we have to go to specialist shops.

We need to find somewhere quite quickly within a few days of arrival so would be grateful for any helpful reccomendations.
