for all you girls out there...................
should i buy designer sunglasses before i come out or are they cheaper in oz?
same with new underwear (not designer just the normal stuff).
its a touch decision !!!

Not really a tough decision to be honest Hayley - BUY ALL YOU CAN!! From my experience there are very few things over here that are actually cheaper (although I've never looked into buying designer sunglasses). Go on - get spending!!

There are some excellent sunglasses by the Cancer Council over here which are fab.
I bought some Bolle's for $90 which is the equivalent of 40 quid ... Yes, they're much cheaper if you're spending UK pounds and converting....
You can also buy duty free too esp in Singapore.

As usual - buy your sunglasses at the airport and save on the duty. Cheaper than the UK or here.

I've no idea what they cost over there but I've always found really good deals in the airport. Might be worth getting them on the way over and saving on the duty.

We bought our Oakleys duty free at Heathrow coming out - cheaper I think but moreso you need 'em when you land
Underwear is tough - my size (12dd here in oz, 34dd in uk) is about $50+ for a nice bra. I guess it depends on your size. Larger sizes (d+) are not well stocked in the department stores, so buy up in M and S in the UK - seriously. All mine are from the UK and only the basic white ones from here in Oz.

I buy mine online from www.bravissimo.co.uk as I am a 12E (34E UK) Order a few things at one time as only charge standard fee of 6.50 - always comes within 7 days of ordering. That reminds me I must do some now.

I've said this a squillion times, but why don't M&S deliver to Oz!!!!
I'm choosing to buy my M&S undies online and will have to have them delivered to a UK address for them then to be delivered onto me in Oz. Pain in the a**!
