yes house prices dropping and affecting construction is a fair comment but the extra $'s we could buy would mean not having to work so would suit me!

we'll be there for our babies first xmas so she'll only ever know it warm, I like aussie xmas.

I did start this thread very tongue in cheek as had too many drinkies for world cup final day!!!

But seem to have stumbled on shops already getting ready for xmas, unbelievable!
