Anyone live here? Your views and opinions would be appreciated as we have been offered a business to purchase there.

Has a patrolled beach, surf club, bars, Mcdonalds and every other take out you can think of, very tourist friendly in the way of facilities. Beautiful beach/surf area really well looked after by the council as its a big tourist spot. It would be 2k from the biggest shopping centre in the region.
