We have had a small repair done to our reverse cycle aircon, purchased through Ambience air in Joondalup, today we were told that the job will no longer be covered under the warranty as airwell have gone into liquidation and that the warrenty no longer exists! Luckily at the moment things are all working fine and the part had been obtained, just need to pay for it!!
So anyone with airwell aircon be warned. Not sure what our rights are, we will ask the consumer protection how we stand.
