Does anyone have any experience of using Airport Connect from Sydney Airport??

just want to make sure they are reliable. arriving from uk with lots of luggage and 2 young children. have requested car seats also. meet and greet service is what they say i need and are quoting $100 to manly. just dont want to be messed around!
