ive been looking to find when the last day is to post to the uk via airmail in time for xmas.

Anyone know??!

There is no cutoff date for airmail, only seamail - and that was about 2 months ago.

why wait until the last day send it now and it will get there.

They can't give one as they don't know when Royal Mail will go on strike.

I'd go for the 15th myself. But no guarantee.

Whilst we're on the subject and for the benefit of newbies.

Auspost reduces the price of stamps for sending card only (domestic & international) during December.

Also, letters to Santa don't need a stamp (apparently). We were told this last year when we were sending our letters to Canadian Santa.

Yep, bought some Chistmas stamps yesterday, cost $1.30, postie said they were for anywhere overseas.
